By accessing, browsing, or using the tk10com platform in any capacity — whether as a guest visitor or as a registered account holder — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services available on the tk10com platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting), slot games, card games, bonus promotions, deposit and withdrawal services, and customer support interactions.

These terms should be read in conjunction with the tk10com Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and tk10com.

This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh or their method of access.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a compulsive or problem gambler, and you have not previously been self-excluded from any gaming platform.
• You have not been excluded or banned from the tk10com platform previously under any other account identity.

tk10com reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

To access the full range of tk10com products and services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration process or at any subsequent point when updating your account details.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the tk10com platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. tk10com employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same player will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus funds will be voided in full.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. tk10com will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party who has gained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility. You must notify tk10com support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification (KYC)

tk10com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible platform governance standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point. Standard required documents include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the period requested by tk10com may have withdrawals withheld pending completion of the verification process.

All financial transactions on the tk10com platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tk10com supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at tk10com's discretion and will be communicated to players via the Cashier section of the platform.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the tk10com platform is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your tk10com account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. tk10com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk10com finance team within the timeframes published in the Cashier section of the platform. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash & Nagad: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of request approval.
• Rocket & Upay: Typically processed within 1–12 hours of request approval.
• Visa & Mastercard: Typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tk10com reserves the right to apply a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit, which will be communicated to players in the Cashier section. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same account, subject to KYC requirements being met in full.

Anti-Money Laundering

tk10com is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial crime. The platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that triggers internal risk thresholds. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately and relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

tk10com offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cricket betting cashback during BPL and T20 World Cup seasons, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day on March 26.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by tk10com are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the individual promotion page within your account. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. The following conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse or arbitrage activity.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that tk10com determines constitutes bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently closed. tk10com's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

tk10com is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. To protect the integrity of the platform, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. By using the tk10com platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or conduct transactions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or system feature. Any winnings derived from a software error are not valid and will be voided.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of payment information.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk10com staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the tk10com platform, including other players' accounts or backend systems.

tk10com monitors player activity continuously using automated and manual review processes. Accounts found to be in breach of this Fair Use policy will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.

All content on the tk10com platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio and visual elements, and the tk10com brand identity — is the intellectual property of tk10com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Game content hosted on the tk10com platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All rights in game content remain with the respective rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the tk10com platform or its content without express written authorisation from tk10com. Unauthorised use of tk10com intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your tk10com account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk10com shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or tk10com was advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions in service, technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond tk10com's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology partners.

The tk10com platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

tk10com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Suspected money laundering or violation of anti-money laundering requirements.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has previously been self-excluded from tk10com or has requested exclusion from the platform.
• Duplicate account detection — where the same player is found to hold multiple accounts.
• Any other circumstance where tk10com determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your tk10com account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat from inside your account. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no suspicious activity flags are attached to the account.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. tk10com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the tk10com platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange closure of your account and return of any real-money balance.
